If you want to make money with internet marketing, I would suggest finding something you can enjoy marketing and a very strong, loyal and proven community. A strong community is one that spends more time looking to enhance the other team member's skills than their own, one that puts others needs and desires first. A community that is positioned to make sure you succeed is one that has the resources to help you learn how to become a true marketer, not rely on tools or programs. While tools or programs are a great asset to have in your internet marketing business, if they fail then you are at a standstill.

Have the Right Mindset

As an internet marketer you need to obtain and retain the mindset that you are an entrepreneur, you own your own business; you are your own boss. If you do not take daily actions to move your business forward you will not move forward. Think of any major business that has been around for a long time, if they had the business on auto pilot or did not continue to improve they fell to the way side. Your mindset needs to be one that you take action daily and improve yourself as a person as well, surround yourself with like minded individuals.

Build a Wall One Brick at a Time

Everything that has been built that has had any value in history was built over time and with constant action and one step at a time. Use low cost or free tools that help you build your business like a blog, a small website, send out some emails, and use social media to build relationships. Use articles that you wrote and submit them to article directory sites to help drive traffic back to your site, one article a day leads to 365 of them a year, spread over 10 sites equals 3650; One "brick" at a time.

What if You Are Struggling

Be ready to accept that there are things that you don't like to do or are struggling with, what do you do? There are a few options for you that many people all over the world use, some more than others but are used quite commonly. Let's say that you are struggling in setting up your blog, or maybe a opt in box is not working how you want. There are many people that do those things very easily and think they are a walk in the park, but struggle with other things that you may find easy.

I would suggest joining a few forums or social media sites and explain your difficulties and see if someone would be willing to help you, maybe in exchange you could write them an article.
