Internet Market is a legitimate profession. Many people are making a good living at it. But the success does not come overnight. You don't wake up one morning and there is a Million dollars in your account. Most of the successful Internet Marketers have paid their dues. It takes drive, focus and a love of writing that most people just don't possess. There is a statistic that is generally taken as truth, 95% of those people who embark on this adventure never make any money. They make an attempt, see that it is not the quick fix that they were looking for and go off to the next thing. These people are missing the most critical item in their arsenal, commitment.
What does commitment look like? Some would say that when you are crazy the solution is commitment. Internet Marketing is a bit like that. You have to be a bit crazy to do this. Seriously though, committing to Internet Marketing takes a lot of writing. To start out you need to provide a good sales pitch. This is done on one of the free services, or you get a URL and a hosting package and provide the sales pitch on your own website. This takes from 800 to 10,000 words to get your point across and give the audience what they need to make an informed decision. When this is complete, well guess what, more writing. You need to get the word out that there is this wonderful place that will provide you with the world's greatest widget. This takes 50-100 articles each from 300 to 600 words. You hope that your widget is what the audience wants but if not, more writing, and if it isn't what they want, start over and do it all again. Oh, and one more thing. If it is what they want, it's time to start all over with another widget.
