There are many ways to get free or at least really cheap marketing for your website.

When you are just starting in your online business, the less expensive marketing methods are really the best. Free methods are even better.

Participating in online forums is an excellent way to get the word out about your business - and it's also usually free. It is easy to find a forum about your particular niche, just visit any search engine and type in the type of forum that you are looking for. So, if you are selling a brand new diet plan, you would type in "diet plan forums." The people that you interact with in the forums can be your mentors, your proteges or even your customers. Some forums allow you to place links to your sales page in your signature and others do not so please be careful about that. But apart from that, forums can be a great way to get the word out about your product.
